Design and Pricing—Construction
begins!
Final Design
Once your plans have progressed from preliminary
to final, or 1/4”, construction drawings for
your complete log home, your builder will be consulting
with you about your home’s final budget, based on your log home’s
design, site costs and level of finishes. He will secure pricing
from the subcontractors he works with, as well as pricing
for all the materials in your log home, including
whatever Honka components you have chosen.
As a complement to
the high quality of Honka log
home components, we offer our 30 years of
custom homebuilding experience to assist our clients.
Atrium Log Homes will work closely with you
and your builder, and will oversee these steps of
the “Complete Building Process”. This is our
value-added service to you.
Pricing
Once you are satisfied that the design of your log
home is just as you have imagined, and you have
made all the pertinent decisions with your builder’s
help and ours, your builder will be ready to finalize
the pricing for your entire structure and execute
the contract documents.
At this point you will also be securing financing, a
process begun during “Initial Planning”.
You will be thoroughly prepared to begin the construction
of your Honka dream log home!
