Atrium Log Homes has amassed a
team of architects, land planners and interior coordinators
to assist you in the construction of
your log home. We are with you through
your entire project, with advice and experience.
You may bring your own builder to the table,
or you may work with any of the builders we
have pre-qualified for you. When selecting
your builder, these are some of the key areas
we can help you investigate:

references
- Attention to detail—evaluate
their skill
- Builders fee—what they
charge and
how is it determined
- Personality—are you compatible?
You
will be working closely together for 9-12
months, and it is important that you feel
you can communicate what you want to
your builder.
Be sure to include your builder
early in the process
It is a good thing to get your builder involved as
early in the process of planning your home as
possible so he can provide accurate cost analysis
of your preliminary design ideas, along with
his recommendations for regional building issues.
